Job Description

Summary of Essential Position Functions:


Duties: must have at least 3 of the following traits that are in bold.

 Must have experience in demolitions, drywall and framing

 Complete light handyman tasks such as hanging pictures, assembling furniture, door hinge repair painting, carpentry etc

 Must have experience in painting

 Experience in power washing, deck staining and Epoxy floors are a plus

 Experience in window installations

 Provide detail cleaning to various production equipment when needed (Variable task)

 Use proper PPE and safety equipment as required

 Must be able to keep your workplace neat and organized (Daily)


 Must have 2-3 3 years of at least of the duties above.

 Must have 2-3 years experience with appropriate tools and equipment.

 In depth knowledge of demo, installations, drywall and framing

 Pick up supplies from distributors when needed per direction of management

Expectations of Role

 Maintain a positive can-do attitude.

 Must maintain strong teamwork and work cooperatively with fellow co-workers and direct reports

 Maintain consistent communication including replying timely to texts or emails, and providing daily updates to direct reports on tasks completed.

 Must be willing to adapt and work flexible hours. General hours of role will be 8:00AM-430PM.

 This role operates in a fast pace environment and therefore demands for an ability to multi tasks and adapt to changing priorities on a daily basis.

 Must be able to multi-task and work independently and as a member of a team

 High school diploma or GED required
